Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support services are important and necessary to keep your systems and equipment updated and running efficiently as they should. Both remote and on-site support services are available depending on the maintenance and support agreement with the customers.

Software Maintenance & Support
Software services consist of remote telephone support, problem resolution, and maintenance release and fix services during specified hours. The following describes the scope of services for PCS Software Support Services.


Investigation and correction of defects in the Software as reported by the Customer including temporary corrections and bypass of the defects until such time when corrective measures, standard corrections and/or updates are put in place.

Installation, testing and the implementation of updates, new versions and new releases of the software and updating of related documentation and materials.

Continuous and scheduled maintenance activities, i.e. maintenance of the Software in optimal working conditions.

  • Our comprehensive hardware maintenance and warranty services are designed to protect your investment.

    Hardware maintenance consists of remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance, and replacement parts to keep the equipment in good operating condition, as defined by the vendors’ specifications.
