Anti-Corruption Statement
At PCSS, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and conducting business with integrity. Our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption ensures that we operate transparently and in compliance with applicable laws. As part of our commitment, we have established the following principles and guidelines:
Compliance with Laws
We adhere to all relevant anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations as published in the Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act, in the jurisdiction of Singapore, where we operate.
Board Directors and Employees
Our board directors and employees are expected to fully comply with our Code of Conduct Policy. This policy prohibits any form of bribery, facilitation payments, or unethical conduct, even if considered customary in certain countries.
Gifts and Entertainment
We have clear policies regarding the exchange of gifts and entertainment. These policies ensure that any gifts or hospitality provided comply with legal requirements and do not create corruption risks.
Charitable Donations and Sponsorships
We regulate charitable donations and sponsorships to mitigate bribery and corruption risks. Transparency and accountability are essential in these activities.
Whistleblower Reporting
We provide a Whistleblower channel for employees to report any alleged misconduct that they observed. Email to reportmisconduct@pcs-security.com for any reporting of misconduct. For allegations made against any employee or within the Human Resources Department, emails should be directed to the CEO. For allegations made against the CEO, the email should be directed to Chairman of Board of Directors.
We are committed to creating and upholding an environment where individuals can report any misconduct in good faith, free from the fear of retaliation. The organization has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or victimization of whistleblowers and will take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who engage in retaliatory behavior.
